Hello everyone, I've put together a basis of ranking for what DWN will be going by. (This will most likely change as DWN grows, these are just some guidelines for DWN members to look through and give input on)
Recruitment:
In order for one to join the guild DWN, you must gain acceptance from at least two of the guild’s officers. Only one officer being available at the time does not change the rules. You may not be accepted into DWN until you’ve been recognized and approved by two or more.
Rank I: Private.
Privileges: House Placement.
Rewards: None.
Advancement: In order to advance, you must prove your worth to a Guild Captain. Proof of worth can be anything from proving you’re an apt combatant to showing superior intellect. It all depends on the Captain you’re attempting to impress, and thus a good idea is to get to know your superiors before attempting to advance. (Note: Trials to advance from Private to Sergeant are simple, not requiring an excess amount of effort).
Enforced time limit before Advancing: One Week.
Rank II: Sergeant.
Privileges: Guild Sponsorship.
Rewards: Sergeant Uniform & Customized DWN Weapon of your preference. (Must keep both available as you’re required to wear them to guild meetings / occasional RP event) (Currently Unavailable).
Advancement: In order to advance from Sergeant to Captain, you must converse with two or more guild Generals and have them inform you what task must be done in order to rank up. The available tasks are any sort of combat challenge that rewards you with a badge. (Ancient Krayt Dragon, Acklay, Droid Factory, HK-47, etc.). The task must first be approved by a General, so do not go do the instance on your own time and then tell someone you’ve done it, you must be monitored. (Depending on the task, one can have a group).
Enforced time limit before Advancing: Two Weeks.
Rank III: Captain.
Privileges: Guild Acceptance, City Militia Status.
Rewards: Captain Uniform (Must keep available as you’re required to wear to guild meetings / occasional RP event) (Currently Unavailable).
Advancement: Promotions from Captain to General are to be revealed to you once you’ve earned your place in the guild.
Enforced time limit before Advancing: Three Weeks.
Rank IV: General.
Privileges: Guild Email
Rewards: General Uniform & Set of Rebel Armor (Different Sets issued depending on Class) (Must keep both available as you’re required to wear them to guild meetings / occasional RP event) (Currently Unavailable).
Advancement: In order to be promoted from General to Admiral you must first hold an audience with the current Council of Admirals. The Current Admirals will then decide whether you will be accepted or not. There can only be ten Admirals at any given time.
Enforced time limit before Advancing: One Month.
Rank V: Admiral.
Privileges: Full Guild Privileges.
Rewards: Admiral Uniform
Sub-Classes:
Helper: The helper is required to help others in the guild with whatever they are needing help on. Two Trainers at a time. (Required to wear “Helper” Tag.)
Mediator: The guild mediator is required to keep order within the guild. If there is a feud either within DWN or between DWN and another guild, the mediator is required to settle it. One Mediator at a time.
War Master: The War Master is in place in order to help guild members learn their professions and builds. There is a War Master for both PvP and PvE. Two War Masters at a time. (If available, required to wear “Warmaster” title from politician.)
Council of Five: The remaining Admirals are the members of the Council of Five. The Council of Five is a group put together in order to discuss and settle the current guild issues.
Council Organizer: One member of the Council of Five is required to gather information on the current guild issues from members by sending out an email and sorting through the replies and noting the more pressing issues. Council Organizer assigned at the end of each DWN meeting.
